Wanda will teach CROSSROADS. Principle 7 and Step 10 are a crossroads of your recovery. It is not a place to stop and rest on past accomplishments!    

Small Groups – 8:00pm

 FIND HEALING IN A SMALL GROUP!

 Celebrate Recovery small groups provide a safe place to share one's experiences, strengths, and hopes with others who are going through a Christ-centered recovery.  Each group provides you with a group leader who has gone through and experienced victory in a similar area (hurt, hang-up or habit) via the application of the Celebrate Recovery process.   The groups also provide you with the opportunity to find an Accountability Partner as well as a Sponsor. At Celebrate Recovery, our groups are gender specific and offer a safe place for growth.

Suzanne White, wife of Doug White, former Louisiana State Rep, will be sharing  her testimony about how God used Celebrate Recovery to prepare her for what would be the most difficult years she would ever face in my life........a husband diagnosed with a potentially life-threatening cancer and the fallout that ensued. 



From Suzanne: "I want participants to know that CR isn't just a RECOVERY ministry......it's a LIFE ministry, and that if they immerse themselves in getting healthy through attendance on Friday nights, the step studies, and giving back in service, they are in a sense putting on the "full armor of God" and will be ready to face ANY storm in life".

Our Resource Table

We have several resources available to help you as you move toward recover in your life.

• The Celebrate Recovery Bible is a New International Version of God's word with study guides, testimonies, devotions and character studies of men and women of the bible and their recovery issues  and is designed to help guide you through the 8 Principals of recovery.
• "Life's Healing Choices" written by John Baker, founder of Celebrate Recovery, is a book which is also designed to walk us through the 8 Principals and help us  make the right choices to allow God to heal every hurt, habit or sinful behavior we may be struggling with.
• Our Step Study workbooks, which are designed to be used in a group setting, is an intense look at our lives as we break down the principals and apply each one to our specific issues both past and present.  We strongly suggest you use these books in a group setting or with a sponsor.
• Issue description sheets take specific issues and explains them in detail.  They help us identify the problems they may cause and the solutions.  These sheets are beneficial in identifying our own issues and understanding the issues of others

Childcare

Childcare is provided each week for children ages birth to 12 years old.  If you know you will be needing childcare in advance, please fill out the form on our Childare Sign-up page  so we can better meet the needs of your children.
